design & build:
Responsible for all work on the project. Traditional approach for construction projects consists of the appointment of a designer on one side, and the contractor on the other side.
gENERAL CONTRACTING:
Responsible for providing all of the material, labour, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. As the general contractor, we will be acting as the intermediary between the design team, the construction works and the owner of the underlying project.

A custom home is a house designed specifically for you, by a hired architect. It’s built completely to your specifications.
